Faculty and staff members are expected to be physically present on campus as needed to support the in-person educational experience and on-campus vitality at the University of West Georgia. Depending upon teaching assignments and student demand, this could include the Carrollton or Newnan campuses. Job Summary In coordination with the Senior eCampus Recruiter, Marketing, and Prospect Support teams, the primary responsibility of the eCampus Recruiter is to build meaningful relationships with prospective students and key stakeholders across affiliate universities, high schools, industry, and technical colleges to drive awareness and exploration in eCampus-supported online higher education programs. The role will fulfill this responsibility primarily by: Serving as the first point of contact for inbound leads, prioritizing prompt, friendly, and on-brand outreach at the height of initial interest across multiple channels including phone, email, and text. Owning the follow-up pipeline for leads generated through recruitment events, ensuring continuity of contact and a seamless transition from initial engagement to the Prospect Support team at the point of enrollment readiness. Executing personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns to guide prospective students deeper into discovery and consideration, including contributing to outreach content and communication templates in collaboration with the Marketing and Prospect Support teams. Maintaining working knowledge of eCampus program offerings to hold informed exploratory conversations and navigate common enrollment barriers such as schedule flexibility, workplace tuition assistance policies, transfer processes, credit for prior learning questions, etc. Maintaining accurate CRM records and participating in regular pipeline reviews with the Prospect Support team to ensure handoff quality and closed-loop accountability. Developing and maintaining an active stakeholder contact directory spanning K-12, industry, USG, and TCSG contacts, and executing a routine engagement strategy that keeps eCampus programs top-of-mind and generates referrals, partnerships, and expanded recruitment pathways. Supporting the planning and execution of virtual and in-person recruitment events, college and career fairs, and partner site visits. Tracking and reporting on outreach activity, lead engagement, and pipeline progression to inform data-driven strategy across the eCampus Enrollment and Retention Services team. This position reports to the eCampus Senior Recruiter and is expected to travel up to 25% of the time. Responsibilities Lead Response & Pipeline Management: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads with prompt, multi-channel outreach; own the follow-up pipeline from recruitment events through a seamless handoff to Prospect Support; maintain accurate CRM records and participate in pipeline reviews to ensure handoff quality and accountability. Prospective Student Support & Engagement: Execute personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns that guide prospects from interest to consideration, contribute to content and templates with Marketing and Prospect Support; maintain working knowledge of eCampus programs to navigate common enrollment (schedule flexibility, tuition assistance, transfer credit, etc.). Stakeholder & Partnership Development: Build and maintain a stakeholder directory across K-12, industry, USG, and TCSG contacts; execute a robust engagement strategy to keep eCampus top-of-mind and generate referrals, partnerships, and new recruitment pathways. Event Support & Performance Reporting: Reporting Support planning and execution of recruitment events, fairs, and site visits (requiring up to 25% travel); track and report on outreach activity, lead engagement, and pipeline progression to inform data-driven strategy. Required Qualifications Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree Four years of work experience in higher education, recruiting, sales, or a related field involving sustained relationship management and outreach. Experience monitoring, responding to, and nurturing inbound leads through multi-channel communication campaigns. Experience maintaining accurate records and managing workflows within customer relationship management (CRM) software. Experience scheduling, promoting, and hosting virtual events and webinars. Experience developing or contributing to outreach content, communication templates, or engagement campaigns in collaboration with a marketing or communications team. Experience presenting to or engaging diverse audiences in both individual and group settings. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the University System of Georgia (USG) or Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) institutional landscape, including transfer pathways and articulation. Experience developing or executing stakeholder engagement strategies across K-12, industry, or higher education partner networks. Exposure to enrollment marketing principles, including funnel analytics, lead scoring, or campaign performance reporting, with preference given to candidates with direct experience in Salesforce or a Salesforce-native CRM environment. Proposed Salary $60,381.96 annually. Paid on a monthly basis. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Abilities Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute relationship-based outreach strategies across diverse stakeholder audiences. Proficiency in CRM platforms and comfort working within data-driven workflow environments. Mastery-level user of video conferencing software, specifically Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of technical aptitude; ability to enter data and maintain records through the organization's customer relationship management (CRM) software, specifically Salesforce. Willingness to work in a fast -paced, nontraditional, highly collaborative work environment. High level of technical aptitude, including the ability to maintain accurate CRM records, run pipeline reports, and contribute to data-driven enrollment strategies. Demonstrated proficiency in relationship-building and consultative communication across multiple channels. Knowledge Familiarity with higher education enrollment processes, student barriers to entry, or comparable student-facing advising or outreach experience preferred. Must be able to travel to locations in Georgia and surrounding states (up to 25%), attend professional development opportunities and other relevant events. Must possess the willingness and ability to support an unconventional work schedule that may include evenings and weekends to meet the needs of future students, employer partners, and affiliate institutions. Must be able to negotiate stairs and capable of lifting 25 pounds and must possess a current state driver's license. Skills Superior oral, written, and multi-channel communication skills.
