You'll lead the charge in leveraging creativity and cutting-edge tech (yup, including AI) to help bring the Bible to life in bold, culture-shaping ways. What You'll Do

• Lead the charge on Liquid's creative direction, driving high-impact design across all platforms—print, digital, live, AI, you name it.
• Mentor a dream team of designers, videographers, and content creators—lifting the lid on their potential.
• Get your hands dirty with branding, motion, digital campaigns, and next-gen storytelling tools.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech to boost speed, scale, and sizzle.
• Build and streamline creative systems that run like Chick-fil-A—fast, consistent, and excellent.
• Team up with Teaching Pastors and ministry leads to align visuals with spiritual content that impacts thousands every week.

• BA in design, media, or visual arts (or you're a creative unicorn with the portfolio to prove it).
• 5–10 years leading creative teams and delivering high-impact, cross-platform campaigns.

• Proven track record building systems, mentoring creatives, and turning vision into reality.
