Chris Rowe has been an Agent for more than 10 years and was a team member for a State Farm Agent for 8 years prior. He understands the State Farm culture and believes that the company’s greatest competitive edge is the Agent. Our office operates daily on the belief that customer service is what differentiates us from our competitors. We have the ability to change lives and the responsibility to offer that opportunity to all of our clients. Our office is an inviting space where both the team and the customer can feel comfortable.
Team work is essential to the success of our office. In addition to the listed responsibilities you must be able to work in a team environment where the office goals are priority. You must embrace the belief that when we support each other everyone succeeds. Finally, when faced with the uncontrollable, you must display the ability to overcome and maintain a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
