Job-ID29046966Reference26-22432Sales & Service Enablement Analyst Location: Remote - EST or CST time zone Duration: Through 2027 Sales & Service Enablement Analyst Position Overview Support successful product commercialization by creating sales and service enablement materials, coordinating release readiness, and improving adoption across customer-facing teams. Key Responsibilities Sales & Service Enablement Develop sales presentations, feature guides, one-pagers, FAQs, training and customer documentation. Maintain version-controlled enablement content. Product Release Readiness Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Service. Develop release communication plans. Training & Knowledge Management Create training for sales and service teams. Maintain centralized knowledge repositories. Communication & Change Management Translate technical updates into customer-friendly messaging. Support product adoption initiatives. Adoption & Metrics Track training completion and adoption metrics. Support post-launch reviews.
