We'll help you earn your certification at no cost to you!Compensation increase as early as 6 months.Streamlined, Paperless Systems: Focus more on your clients and less on paperwork with our efficient digital data collection tools.Collaborative Work Environment: Access to a supportive team that includes Lead Behavior Technicians, Clinical Support Staff, Clinic Directors, and a dedicated Clinic Operations Manager.Professional Growth Opportunities: Advance your career with BACB supervision and continuous learning support.24/7 Telehealth Access: You and your immediate family can access free healthcare anytime with Teladoc services.Paid Sick Leave: We value your well-being - sick leave is available even for part-time employees.Tuition Assistance: Invest in your education through our partnership with Purdue Global and Capella University with GuidedPath scholarships ranging from $2,500 to $20,000 for eligible bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs - plus an additional 10% tuition discount.What You'll DoImplement a personalized behavior intervention plan that focuses on behavioral improvements and skill development through positive reinforcement and repetition.Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed skill acquisition and behavior-reduction protocols.Implement behavior intervention strategies, collect and graph daily data, and write objective session notes per regulatory and company standards.Receive and apply ongoing training, supervision, and feedback from the BCBA/manager to ensure high-quality program implementation.Communicate effectively with the BCBA, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress and assist with caregiver training as directed.Follow all company procedures and legal/regulatory requirements related to client safety, documentation, data handling, confidentiality, and HIPAA.Maintain professionalism and uphold client dignity at all times.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma is required.Experience working with children is preferred.RBT certification in good standing is preferred.Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.Must have a mobile device (such as a smartphone or tablet) to bring to work.Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.EOEBehavioral Framework is committed to equitable treatment for all employees, clients, and their families.
