This position requires a strategic leader who is comfortable operating in a hands‑on communications environment. The Director will advise leadership and partner with program staff to integrate communications strategy into the development of program initiatives, publications, partnerships, and events. The ideal candidate has excellent judgment and political acumen, can translate complex policy issues into compelling content, and can build the systems and cross‑functional relationships necessary to execute high‑quality communications across two distinct organizations.
