Assignment Details

• Start Date: August 10, 2026 / ASAP
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 40 per week
• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation

Travel Package: $3,401/week

• Taxable Pay: $944/week
• Housing Stipend: $1,813/week
• Meals & Incidentals: $644/week

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70/mile

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care throughout Marin County and portions of San Francisco County. Patients may be seen in:

• Private homes
• Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
• Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)
• Board & Care settings

Average caseload is approximately 4-6 patients per day.

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist License
• Minimum 1 year Home Health Physical Therapy experience
• Strong independent caseload management skills
• Reliable transportation
