Customer Implementation Manager

Owning and leading the end-to-end implementation of Forma for new customers, the full-time remote Customer Implementation Manager will guide clients through onboarding, ensure a seamless transition, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective implementation experiences. Key responsibilities Lead the implementation process for new customers, including upsell and expansion initiatives for existing clients Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the implementation lifecycle Conduct needs assessments to define project scope and develop detailed project plans, tracking progress and managing risks Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience in project management, customer success, or a related role Proven ability to manage projects from end to end, with strong project management skills Experience working with cross-functional teams and client organizations Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Attention to detail and ability to analyze project requirements effectively Virtual Vocations Inc
