Sales Support Representative

We are hiring Sales Support Representatives who are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 4:00pm. Responsibilities Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions. Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders. Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers. Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions. Use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of customer service and sales experience is preferred. Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus. Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell. Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner. Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments. Highly motivated, customer‑service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships. General digital literacy including Microsoft Office. Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes. Pay Range $18.71 – $29.92 (Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles) Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
