This is a full-time dental assisting position ideal for someone who enjoys chairside assisting, patient education, and working in a fast-paced orthodontic environment.What You'll DoAssist orthodontists chairside during proceduresPlace, adjust, and remove braces, brackets, and bands (as directed)Take X-rays, scans, impressions, and patient progress photosPrepare treatment rooms and sterilize instrumentsEducate patients and parents on oral hygiene and braces aftercareMaintain accurate patient records in EMRCoordinate with clinical and front office teams; cross-train as neededBenefits & PerksHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Company-paid STD/LTD401(k) with up to 4% company matchRequirementsWhat We're Looking For1–2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or Orthodontic Assistant (preferred)RDA or CDA certification (preferred)Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindsetPhysical RequirementsStanding, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the dayManual dexterity requiredAbility to lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally more in patient-care situations)Southern Orthodontic Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
