The Opportunity
As a Staff Accountant, you’ll support the Controller and accounting team in all aspects of the accounting cycle. You’ll play a key role in month-end close, cash reporting, and project billing, while also working directly with operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to both corporate and project-based accounting and develop expertise that can accelerate your career.

What You’ll Do
Prepare daily cash reports, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Support month-end close and preparation of financial statements
Analyze job costs and revenue across projects
Maintain fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and balance sheet accounts
Review invoices and lien releases for accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with operations to ensure billing completeness
Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent exp.)
2+ years of accounting experience; construction experience a plus
Strong Excel and Word skills; Viewpoint Vista, Textura, or AGC Billing a bonus
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
