Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Associate

GlossGenius is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own the reporting and data infrastructure that empowers our sales reps and managers with fast, trustworthy access to key data such as pipeline health, AE performance, forecasts, commissions, and funnel conversion. You will build and maintain dashboards, self-serve tools, and data quality processes to make the revenue organization faster and more self-sufficient, enabling leaders to make informed decisions from reliable data.

Responsibilities will include:

• Architect the revenue reporting layer end-to-end, including core dashboards for pipeline, bookings, win rate, AE performance, and funnel conversion, as well as self-serve infrastructure for reps, managers, and GTM leaders
• Design AI-powered workflows to automate manual, repeatable parts of revenue analytics, such as anomaly detection, pattern surfacing, and performance summaries
• Own commission reporting and validation, ensuring AEs and managers have visibility and running data checks to catch errors before they reach reps
• Lead metric definitions and governance, documenting key revenue metrics, aligning with Finance, Sales Leadership, and the CRO, and publishing a glossary for the GTM organization
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues at the source, tracing anomalies, identifying root causes, and building proactive monitoring to flag issues before they surface
• Build pipeline and cohort analytics to inform Sales strategy, including stage conversion rates, velocity, coverage ratios, and win rate by segment, AE cohort, deal source, and competitive scenario
• Advance the historical reporting foundation to support quota setting, territory design, comp plan modeling, and quarterly business reviews

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or an analytics role supporting a GTM organization, with experience working closely with pipeline data and stakeholders
• Have proven experience building AI-powered workflows that transformed revenue or sales operations
• Proactively solve problems when metrics look wrong or processes are inefficient
• Are comfortable writing SQL for analysis and data validation, able to pull data, investigate anomalies, and QA reports independently
• Have experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase, and can translate business questions into actionable views
• Have a track record of improving data trust, including metrics cleanup, reporting migrations, or definitional alignment projects
• Possess strong documentation skills, building glossaries and improving processes
• Can run cross-functional alignment processes and achieve consensus among Finance, Sales, and Marketing
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (dbt, Fivetran, Snowflake, or BigQuery) is a plus

Total Compensation

The base salary for this role is $120,000–$150,000 plus equity and benefits. The compensation package is dependent on skills, experience, and education.
