Stocking Team Supervisor

Shift may start between 8:00pm - 11:00pm Role summary Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary. Responsibilities Stocking, backroom, and receiving associates work to ensure customers can find all the items on their shopping list. Duties include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, and helping customers while stocking shelves. This fast‑paced role is physically demanding. Unload trucks Sort products in the backroom Stock products on shelves Maintain clean and orderly aisles Engage vendors and drivers with a positive attitude Greet customers and answer their questions Additional compensation includes performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Qualifications Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and operate forklifts if required.
