Physician Assistant -- Direct Primary Care | Northglenn, CO

Job Description
Legacy Primary Care (Direct Primary Care) is hiring a Physician Assistant to work alongside Dr. Deric Rachjaibun in Northglenn, CO.
\n \nThis is relationship-based family medicine in a membership DPC model — no RVU treadmill. You’ll see patients, manage follow-ups, and collaborate with Dr. Rachjaibun so members get the access DPC promises.
\n \nCompensation: approximately $150,000–$170,000 depending on experience.
\n \nRequirements:
\n- NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant
\n- Active Colorado PA license, or clear path to obtain before start
\n- Primary care, family medicine, urgent care, or similar outpatient experience
\n- Comfort with relationship medicine (messaging / continuity), not just throughput
