- Elite Support Ratios: Every day, you are assigned a dedicated RVT/Technician, supplemented by additional float and hospitalization staff.
- Efficiency by Design: A dedicated Pharmacy Assistant manages prescriptions so you can focus on medicine.
- The "Sunset" Rule: Your last appointment begins one full hour before your shift ends, ensuring you get home on time.
- Protected Time: Enjoy 30-60 minute appointment slots, blocked lunch breaks, and dedicated client call-back time.
- Clinical Leadership: Uphold and advance hospital medical protocols with full support from a dedicated management team.
- Mentorship: Guide and support associate veterinarians, fostering a culture rooted in respect and growth.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with leadership on workflow efficiency and medical operations.
- High Earning Potential: Base salary of $225,000 - $275,000 + production (Pro-Sal). Your leadership contributions are recognized through a guaranteed premium base salary that accounts for your administrative and mentorship impact.
- Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 total bonus-50% awarded following your 90-day onboarding/probationary period and 50% on your one-year anniversary.
- Relocation Support: $5,000 relocation stipend to ensure a smooth transition for you and your family
- Automatic Retirement Growth: A 401(k) plan with a guaranteed 3% employer contribution-we invest in your future even if you choose not to contribute.

- DVM with a California license (or ability to obtain).
- 5+ years of small animal clinical experience preferred.
