A dynamic consumer products organization is seeking an HR Generalist to join the team immediately on a long term contract basis . What You’ll Do Support onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR operations Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communications Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity Prepare, analyze, and report on HR metrics and workforce data Support payroll processes, policy administration, and employee programs Partner with leadership and employees on HR initiatives and special projects What We’re Looking For 3+ years of HR experience in a Generalist, Coordinator, or broad HR support role Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, reporting, data analysis, and dashboards Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting, workflows, and day‑to‑day productivity Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Professional, resourceful, and highly confidential in handling employee matters A positive, service‑oriented approach and strong attention to detail Why Consider This Opportunity?
