We are in the middle of a major facility ramp-up, and we need someone who brings structure to the beautiful chaos. In this varied coordination and support role, you will be the organisational backbone for our leadership team: keeping things on track, connecting the dots between departments and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Deine Aufgaben Keep the department head's back free: from calendar management to organisational fine-tuning Coordinate appointments, workshops, meetings and technical alignment sessions across teams Prepare documentation, meeting minutes, KPI reports and dashboards Track open items, action points and deadlines so nothing gets lost in the shuffle Lend a hand with recruiting, onboarding and internal communication processes Act as the go-to interface between HR, Operations, Procurement and the project team Deine Fähigkeiten A few years of experience in coordination, assistant or PMO roles – but what matters most is how you work, not how long you've been at it Language skills: C1 German and B1 English (minimum) Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities Ability to coordinate and track multiple topics in parallel Confident use of Microsoft office, MS project Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals Building trust through consistent and reliable actions Warum startest du bei uns?
