Home Health Aide HHA - Part Time and Full Time Opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. As an HHA, you will provide routine individualized healthcare services to elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities in their homes or in care facilities. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide emotional support and companionship.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and socialization to clients
• Escort clients to recreational activities and medical appointments
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dishes, and bathing
• Help clients with personal care needs, including medication reminders and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Teach and encourage self-care skills
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of clients' care
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to clients' care
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• One year of caregiving experience (preferred)
• HHA certification is required
• Driver's License
• Car Insurance
• Car Registration
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer relationship skills

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
