Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite, in a collaborative team environment designed to inspire excellence in patient care. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing work-life balance while providing the opportunity to engage fully with patients throughout the week. Key Responsibilities

In your role as an Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will:

• Analyze patient histories and perform thorough assessments to develop tailored rehabilitation plans that address individual patient goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions that aim to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility, ensuring optimal recovery for each patient.
• Manage a caseload effectively, providing comprehensive care in one-on-one sessions without compromising the quality of treatment.
• Advocate for non-invasive treatment options, educating patients about alternative pathways to surgery.
• Regularly document all aspects of patient care using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, such as Web PT, optimizing the administrative workflow.
• Continuously assess treatment plans and make necessary adjustments based on ongoing evaluations of progress.
• Foster a motivating and supportive environment, encouraging patients to stay committed to their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and coherence in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
