Also responsible for providing administrative support to the function including flexible work force conversions. Conductend-to-endpersonnelsourcing andrecruitment for jobs inadefined area Clarify demand and definejob requirements/specificationsin collaborationwith thehiringmanager Advisehiringmanagerand Leadership Partneronquality of candidate market, sourcing potentialandderivearecruitingconcept, incl.relevantrecruitingchannels/methodsaccording to the target profile Post and promote the job;Attract candidates with a dedicated pro-active approach Review application documents/candidate profilesand provide corresponding recommendations;Pre-selectcandidatesand proposeshort-lists Select and preparepeople diagnostic measures within the recruiting process (e.g.selection tests, interviews)in collaboration withCoEPeople Development Prepare,organizeand conduct job interviewsand Assessment Center (in collaboration withCoEPeople Development, if needed) Advisehiringmanagersregardingthe selection of candidates and compensation packageand providejoboffer to candidates Performs employment reference checks, administer profiles, and conducts background checks for potential job applicants Research,pre-selectand manage relationship withexternal partners (e.g.sourcing agency)in alignmentwithsupervisor Coordinate collaboration with relevant stakeholders (hiring managers,LeadershipPartners, other members of the recruiting team) Support increatingconcepts(e.g.regulations, standards, etc.) Support in continuously evaluating and improvingrecruiting tools/channelsandtherecruitingprocessin alignment withsupervisor andglobalCoEPeople Marketing& Acquisition(e.g.support inidentifyingtrends andtechnological innovations in the area ofRecruiting)and support in creatingcorrespondingconcepts Support/lead projects within the department Organise and attend careers fairs Support internship recruitment MonitorrelevantKPIs, PPIsandcompliance withSLAs;Proposeand implementsuitablemeasuresin case of deviations Job Requirements: Associate's Degree preferred SAP and ADP experience is a plus The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment 2 to 3 years of Manufacturing Recruiting experience.
