Job Title
Primary Purpose: Act as a liaison between the Business Office and the high school staff. The bookkeeper ensures that all activity paperwork is turned and deposits are made on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills: Accuracy in use of computer Microsoft word, Excel, Data Entry Proficiency in use of calculator (10 key by touch) Proficient skills in typing, word processing and file maintenance Effective communication and interpersonal skills Accuracy in preparing reports, purchase order, and other tasks
Experience: Two years clerical experience
Salary: Admin. Support PG5/225 days Starting: $34,380
