More:

We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager within AWS Hardware Engineering to lead how firmware reaches servers across the AWS fleet. Our firmware includes BMC, BIOS, and controllers for server and rack power, cooling, sensors, and health. The role spans firmware engineering, hardware engineering, manufacturing partners, service teams, and security, with responsibility for creating dependable release mechanisms at a scale of millions of servers across AWS regions. Our team designs systems ranging from general-purpose compute and storage to GPU and AI accelerators, deployed in large, high-power and high-thermal-density clusters. This hands-on technical role offers the opportunity to shape release processes and tooling, work closely with engineers, and influence cloud computing technology. We are an equal opportunity employer and provide an inclusive culture and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, sign-on payments, and restricted stock units; compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
