Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative *Location:* Moorestown, NJ (On-Site)
*Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
*Training Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for approximately 3-4 weeks
*Pay Rate:* $18.50/hour
*Contract Length:* 6 Months
*Start Date:* Targeted for July 2026
Position Overview Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their national contact center. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills who enjoy helping customers, managing administrative tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
* Assist customers with service requests and follow-up communications
* Support the sales order process for new installation projects
* Process billing and payment inquiries
* Complete and update online service requests
* Perform data entry and administrative support tasks
* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Required Qualifications
* Customer service experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Administrative support and data entry experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* High attention to detail and reliability
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Call center or contact center experience
* Customer support experience in a high-volume environment
