Call Center Representative

Wachter is accepting applications for a Staff Safe Agent to join our growing, fast‑paced call center operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year ONSITE at Mt. Laurel, NJ. In this role you will support participating businesses nationwide utilizing the StaffSafe system to ensure the welfare of staff and customers. Part‑time shift: Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 am‑3:30 pm . Responsibilities Field live assistance calls from participating clients nationwide. De‑escalate conflicts and provide reassurance. Contact local emergency services when necessary. Perform data entry. Monitor CC‑TV. Qualifications Applicant must be 18 years of age or older. Must pass standard background checks & drug testing. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail. Well‑spoken. Ability to multi‑task while remaining neutral, calm, and focused under pressure. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Have at least 2 years of experience in a customer‑service related job field / environment. Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
