Executive Assistant

SEBPO is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leadership Team and manage day-to-day coordination for our U.S. office. This is a high-trust, in-office role for a seasoned EA who enjoys ownership, structure, and partnering closely with senior leaders. This role is fully in-office in Marlton, NJ. What You’ll Do Manage complex calendars for four executives and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts Plan and execute executive-led in-office weeks, leadership meetings, and company events Coordinate domestic and international travel for executives, candidates, and global team members Support confidential executive projects and priority initiatives Prepare executive expense reports, presentations, and communications Organize high-level meetings, agendas, and follow-ups Serve as a key point of coordination between executives, HR, and internal teams What We’re Looking For 5+ years supporting C-level executives Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and discretion Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools Why SEBPO You’ll work directly with executive leadership in a visible, impactful role where reliability, judgment, and follow-through matter.
