Data EngineerLocation: Durham, NCPrimary Skills: Informatica, Python, SQLThe Expertise and Skills You Bring:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required10+ years of hands-on experience in Data engineering, data warehousing and analytics technologiesExpert-level knowledge of writing complex SQL queries using Oracle.Expert-level knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, packages, triggers)Strong working experience in ETL tools like Informatica (Power Center)Working experience in scripting and automation using Unix, Python in a Data Engineering environment.Extensive experience with Relational Databases like Oracle including being able to implement performance tuning techniquesStrong working knowledge of Datawarehousing patterns and Dimensional Modelling techniques using Oracle.Experience building scalable patterns for data integration in a cloud-based as well as on-prem environmentsWorking knowledge of Batch scheduling tools like Control-M, Autosys.Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as OBIEE/OASWorking experience using GitHUB for Source Code Management (SCM) in a Data Engineering Practice.Experience working on projects in an Agile environment.
