Shift: Monday-Friday, within 5:30 AM - 8:00 PM (typical shifts: 8-5, 9-6, 10-7)

Role Overview

Jump into an entry-level opportunity where you'll build a strong foundation in financial services while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a structured, supportive call center environment.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound calls and resolve basic banking inquiries (accounts, deposits, debit cards)

• Assist customers with online/mobile banking navigation and transactions

• Provide professional, empathetic customer service while meeting performance and compliance standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
