Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

The role includes both general cardiology duties and the potential for ambulatory visits. Schedule and Assignment Details

The position offers a flexible schedule, primarily covering day shifts from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the possibility of night call coverage. Night call duties span from 4:30 p.m. to 8 a.m., though not required every night. The need is ongoing, beginning in December 2026, with expectations for continued coverage beyond February 2027. Physicians are expected to disclose availability for specific coverage dates to align with the operational needs of the healthcare system.

Support and Work Environment

Physicians will find robust support through a team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) during weekday rounds, ensuring high-quality patient care and seamless operations. Qualifications

• Board Certification in Cardiology is required.
• Active NE or IMLC licensure is mandatory, with IA licensure highly preferred.
