Market Development Manager

To accelerate market adoption of Eaton's smart panel and home energy solutions, the full-time Home Energy Business Development Manager will lead go-to-market strategies and business development efforts remotely, focusing on building relationships with homebuilders, electrical contractors, utilities, and technology partners across the West Region. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to drive adoption of Eaton's home energy product portfolio Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with OEMs, builders, and other industry stakeholders to expand market reach Collaborate with the sales organization to create programs and initiatives that accelerate demand generation and sales growth Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, product management, product marketing, operations, or engineering Current residency in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming Experience in residential applications such as electrical systems or home energy management Experience working with distributors, installers, utilities, or homebuilders
