Market Development Manager

Building long-term business relationships, the full-time Market Development Manager will focus on networking and community engagement to enhance the firm's presence and credibility in assigned geographic markets while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Serve as ALC's primary representative within an assigned market, establishing visibility and trust as a partner in accounting, finance, and HR Build and maintain a high-value network of contacts that generates qualified business opportunities Represent ALC at community and industry events, pursuing leadership roles and speaking engagements to enhance brand recognition Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or networking-based relationship building Proven track record of building and growing a professional network Experience in professional services, accounting, finance, or a related B2B environment is a plus Existing network or ties within ALC's target market(s) is a plus
