Title: ServiceNow Developer

Number of Openings: 12

Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in one of these two sites

• Fort Meade, MD
• Hill Air Force Base, Utah (North of Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearance:

• LCAT Journeyman - Interim Secret minimum required
• LCAT Senior/Master Level - we can process clearance so just need to be clearable

Must be US Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret Clearance - for journeyman level clearance is a hard requirement; for senior and master level we can process clearance.


Yes, we will consider relocation candidates, and I would also target candidates who have military background previous as they may be more interested in relocating and getting a clearance. One and done video interviews with quick turnaround.


Candidates should have a minimum of 1 ServiceNow Certifications and need listed on resume and they will need to attain IAT Level II Certification before they can start (Security+ Certification is easiest).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and support ServiceNow modules including:
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Operations Management (OMT)
  • Telecommunications Service Management (TSM)
  • Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM)
• Create and maintain workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, views, groups, roles, and service catalog items.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and platform enhancements to meet mission and business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems such as Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, and other technologies.
• Support Configuration Management initiatives and maintain CMDB data integrity.
• Design and implement solutions aligned with Configuration Management and governance policies.
• Consolidate and normalize data from multiple sources into a centralized CMDB.
• Coordinate and support ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and performance challenges.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and deployments.

Required Qualifications

ServiceNow Experience

• Experience level must align with the applicable Journeyman, Senior, or Master labor category requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM processes including:
  • Incident Management
  • Change Management
  • Problem Management
  • Request Management
• Experience supporting ServiceNow platform upgrades and system enhancements.

Technical Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing, developing, or supporting enterprise technology infrastructure solutions.
• Experience creating and configuring:
  • Workflows
  • Forms
  • Reports
  • Dashboards
  • Views
  • Service Catalog Items
  • Groups and Roles
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise tools and platforms such as Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, or similar technologies.
• Experience with REST or SOAP integrations and enterprise application connectivity.
• Experience supporting CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, or Configuration Management initiatives.
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems into a centralized CMDB while maintaining data quality and integrity.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex platform issues.

dditional Requirements

• Must be eligible to attain DoD Secret level clearance (will process Interim Clearance before they start)
• Must be eligible to obtain an IAT Level II or IAT Level III certification within 14 days of employment.
