Role Scope Model greyspace capacity across sites: the electrical, mechanical, and support space budgets behind every megawatt of whitespace. Track allocation against design as builds evolve, catching where greyspace runs out before power does. Build the source‑of‑truth views that design, delivery, and operations use to answer whether it fits. Analyze trade‑offs when programs compete for the same square footage or capacity headroom. What We’re Looking For The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don’t fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. You’ve done capacity or space planning for data centers, industrial plants, or utilities. You’re comfortable in drawings and single-lines as well as spreadsheets. You’ve built capacity models that caught a real constraint early. You keep a source of truth current across many concurrent changes. You present a constraint with options attached. Bonus: DCIM tools.
