$450k-$520k Urgently Hiring Job Overview We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon with surgical privileges to join our medical practices in Northern VA. Ideally, we are looking for a board‑certified orthopaedic surgeon, trained in general orthopedics, with surgical privileges at the local hospitals. The role is within an integrated musculoskeletal practice that specializes in diagnosing and treating patients injured in motor vehicle accidents and work‑related injuries. Additional specialties in the practice include neurology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, internal medicine, primary care, and chiropractic/physical therapy. In‑house services include physical therapy and chiropractic (aquatic therapy, land‑based strengthening, work conditioning and work hardening, vestibular and cognitive therapy, and Functional Capacity Evaluations), electrodiagnostic testing, interventional pain management, and x‑rays. Offices are located in Alexandria, Woodbridge, and several locations across Northern VA with potential for monthly coverage at our Richmond office. Responsibilities Quality Patient care and management Recommend tests and conduct diagnostic testing to determine extent of injury and to determine appropriate treatment Oversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury We treat a high number of personal injury patients who have been injured on the job or due to the negligence of another and, therefore, the timeliness and accuracy of documentation and reports are paramount.
