Location: New York, NY Duration: 06/22/2026 - 08/15/2026 Shift: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM | 7.5 hours/day | 37.5 hours/Day Pay: $60/hr - $65/hr

Summary Of Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Through the supervised efforts of the Office of Legal Affairs, the responsibilities of the EEO Investigator include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Investigate internal complaints of discrimination, including claims of sexual harassment, while maintaining the System's compliance with all federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws to ensure equal opportunity within the terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
• Provide an internal avenue of redress through the investigation and resolution of complaints of unlawful employment discrimination and harassment.
• Assist with other assignments and special projects as required.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in conducting investigations
• Strong writing skills
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws
• Must be able to report to various healthcare facilities throughout New York City to provide timely and productive support for the Office of EEO as necessary

Educational Level

• Bachelor's Degree required
• JD preferred
