In this role, you will contribute to the production of high-quality medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related assemblies. This is an onsite position within a clean and regulated environment, ideal for individuals who are eager to grow in medical device manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on medical devices under close supervision. Complete assignments following standardized procedures with continual review. Ensure all documentation and traveler/quality records are accurate and up to date. Communicate effectively with manufacturing management, both in writing and verbally. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe, compliant work environment. Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Support divisional Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements. Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions. Comfort with electronic data collection systems and computer software. Strong attention to detail with ability to handle small components and parts. Organizational skills to prioritize and sequence tasks effectively.
