REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONAL ASSOCIATE
Salary - $180K - $230K base salary
Location - Scottsdale, AZ

Our client, a confidential law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Associate with 5 to 8 years of experience to support its growing real estate practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with strong, recent commercial real estate transactional experience who can manage transactions from LOI through closing. The attorney will handle a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, title and survey review, due diligence, and closing documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, closing documents, and related transaction documents
- Manage real estate transactions from LOI through closing
- Review title commitments, recorded documents, surveys, and due diligence materials
- Draft title objection letters and coordinate title and survey review
- Work closely with clients, internal legal teams, paralegals, lenders, brokers, and other third parties throughout the transaction process
- Support commercial real estate matters involving a variety of asset types, including office, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, and other commercial properties
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of real estate transactional experience
- Strong experience with purchase and sale agreements, leasing, title, survey, due diligence, and closing documents
- Ability to manage key aspects of a transaction independently
- Strong writing, communication, organizational, and client-service skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Active license to practice law required
