ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my legacy agency in 2021 and expanded with a second office in 2023. Today, were proud to have a team of 20 team members who work together with a shared mission and a strong commitment to serving our customers and community at a high level.

Ive been with State Farm for 19 years and previously served as an agency manager and sales leader. Before State Farm, I worked as a stock broker, which helped shape my competitive mindset and focus on performance. I attended Austin College, played both baseball and football, and was honored to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Im also a lifelong Texoma resident, and State Farm runs in the family my mom was an agent for 35 years.

Giving back is a major part of who we are. Across both offices, we participate in 50+ community events every year, and we take pride in showing up consistently and making an impact. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jake Shockley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
