Qualifications:

• Completion of a recognized Speech Language Pathologist Assistant program
• Current SLP Assistant license (or eligibility) in California
• Experience in a school setting preferred (SLP-CCC/Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Certificate of Competence is a plus)
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Support Speech Language Pathologists in the delivery of therapy services in schools
• Work with students to implement individualized treatment plans and document progress
• Assist with screening, assessment, and reporting functions
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote student success
• Participate in school meetings and professional development as required
