Assistant Project Manager Construction and Building Burlington, Massachusetts Direct Hire Jun 29, 2026 Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
I'm partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor in the Greater Boston area that is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue building their career with a company known for its collaborative culture, high-quality projects, and long-term investment in its employees.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with the successful execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Track project budgets, procurement, and schedules.
- Work closely with field teams, clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management or as a Project Engineer.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project documentation and construction administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000
