Role Overview: As a Sr. Payroll Specialist, you will manage complex multi-state payroll functions, working closely with internal teams to uphold high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting payroll processes across various jurisdictions, with an emphasis on attention to detail, dependability, and collaboration. Required Skills: Extensive multi-state payroll processing experience (preferably in a public or tech environment) Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN), especially within a PEO setting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, accurate, and efficient work ethic Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Nice to Have Skills: Knowledge of stock and equity payroll processes Previous experience working for a public company Familiarity with international payroll (Canada & Mexico) Experience with benefits administration, leave of absence management, and payroll compliance Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or a similar field (preferred) Prior payroll experience in a corporate or public company setting Demonstrated success in payroll administration and regulatory compliance Other Requirements: Onsite presence Monday through Friday, approximately 5 hours per day, with flexibility for potential hours increase up to 30 hours per week Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills This role is ideal for payroll professionals seeking a dependable, team-driven opportunity to contribute their skills within a reputable organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
