IT Admin Student Fellow

Description IT and Administrative Student Fellow Part-time student fellow to assist the IT Manager with data migration, records management, and administrative projects. This temporary position is available for the 2026-2027 academic year and may work 20-30 hours per week based on organizational needs and the student's availability. This position is ideal for a student who enjoys organizing information, working with technology, and solving data-related problems. Training will be provided on all systems and processes. Reports To: IT Manager Essential Functions Assist with the migration of legal case files and related records into organizational systems. Search for, organize, scan, upload, and file electronic and paper documents according to established procedures. Review and reconcile data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and completeness. Organize and maintain electronic records, including SharePoint libraries and case management systems. Identify and resolve duplicate or improperly filed records. Use Excel to sort, filter, search, compare, and review data. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and organizational information. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, or a recent graduate. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to learn new software systems quickly. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Microsoft Excel. Experience organizing files, records, or electronic information. Experience with SharePoint, databases, document management systems, or similar technology. Desired Attributes Successful candidates will demonstrate: Exceptional attention to detail.
