Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries related to custody operations in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests and ensure service delivery
• Monitor client service levels and assist with maintaining service metrics
• Support client conversions, reporting, and data analysis activities
• Utilize internal systems and tools to track, manage, and resolve requests
• Introduce and guide clients on new technology tools and solutions
• Assist with monthly reporting, audits, and project-based initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
