Senior Director, Public Finance & Strategic Planning
City of Lubbock
The City of Lubbock seeks a seasoned leader to plan, direct, and coordinate strategic planning, risk assessment, performance measurement, and long-term financial planning, including operating and capital budgets, econometric forecasting, and utility rate modeling. The position requires directing budgets, presenting to the City Council, and supervising staff while improving operations and customer service.
