Licensed Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care, Malone, NY Start date: 09/14/2026. Assignment length: approximately 18 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,882–$1,967 per week. Shift: 5x8 Evenings. Setting: long-term care (LTC) – nursing home environment. This travel assignment requires reliable transportation due to limited public transit options in the area. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,882–$1,967 per week Contract duration: ~18 weeks Shift: Evening, 5x8 Start date: 09/14/2026 Setting: Long-term care (LTC) setting Travel requirements: reliable transportation; public transit not accessible Responsibilities Provide bedside nursing care for assigned residents under supervision Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy; document accurately in the electronic medical record Monitor residents’ conditions, identify changes, and report to the nursing and interdisciplinary teams Assist with CNA duties as needed and participate in developing and following individualized care plans Maintain safety, infection control, and resident privacy; respond promptly to call lights Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and proper documentation Requirements Active New York LPN license or proof of application with applied date AHA BLS certification Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience Ability to cover CNA duties as needed Availability to work evenings; may be required to work weekends and 2 out of 4 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day) Reliable transportation required; public transportation not available in the area Benefits and Support Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays Dedicated on-assignment support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Fast credentialing assistance and onboarding support Guidance on scheduling and travel logistics Pay Disclaimer Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
