Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the agency's success, as you will manage a high-volume book of business, provide exceptional service to clients, and contribute to the overall growth of the agency. Responsibilities Manage a high-volume book of business, including quoting, renewing, and servicing personal lines accounts. Handle the full account management process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Work with real estate investors, property accounts, and other small commercial accounts. Utilize agency management software (Nowcerts - Momentum) and CRM (Agency Zoom) to streamline workflows. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Participate in occasional in-office training sessions and company events. Qualifications / Requirements Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: 3-5 years of personal lines account management experience, with a strong understanding of E&S coastal markets. Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software and CRM systems. Soft Skills: Self‑motivated and driven. Strong problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability to new technologies and processes.
