HR Generalist - Holman GHQ

What You’ll Do Serve as a partner and consultant to leaders and employees on employee relations matters. Collaborate with the HR COE’s to facilitate requests from the business, including creation of job profiles, compensation analysis, benefits and leave information, Workday support, and recruiting inquiries. Provide support and guidance to business leaders regarding the performance management process and disciplinary procedures. Act as a primary partner on all employee relations issues. Assist with employee investigations and provide recommendations aligned with Holman’s policies and practices. Analyze exit interview data and review with leaders to support continuous improvement. Serve as point of contact for company projects and programs, maintaining documentation and tracking. Advocate for the Holman Way in all interactions with employees. Ensure proper workforce planning and alignment of roles and responsibilities. Provide consultative support to employees and leadership regarding leaves of absence or accommodation requests. Model the Holman Way in all interactions, keeping partners’ needs top of mind. Hold regular check‑ins with supervisor‑level leaders and contributors to provide guidance and build relationships. Offer proactive support by leveraging regular contact points to identify support needs and opportunities. Collaborate across the business in PIE meetings, departmental meetings, leadership meetings, etc. Assist in drafting and maintaining policies and the employee handbook. Travel approximately once per quarter depending on the division supported. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. What Sets You Up For Success Prior Human Resources experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Professional HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems such as Workday. Working knowledge of employment law, FMLA, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, safety, and training preferred. Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and provide consultative support to leaders. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Leadership experience is a plus. Pay We offer competitive wages commensurate with experience, education, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950 – $103,955 annually for full‑time employees.
