Join our team as a Heavy Duty Mechanic in a leadership capacity. This hands‑on role requires expertise in mechanics and the ability to support and guide a shop team effectively. As a working shop lead, you will be engaged in daily mechanical tasks while overseeing shop operations. You will perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy‑duty equipment, and your solid leadership skills will ensure team coordination and workflow optimization.
