Med Surg Nurse (Medical Surgical)

Job Title

Provide direct patient care to adult Med/Surg and Telemetry patients

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data

Administer medications, including cardiac drips (Insulin, Heparin, HR-based titration)

Perform essential nursing skills such as: Trach care, Chest tube management, PIV insertion, Glucose monitoring

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care

Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR

Float across Med/Surg Telemetry units based on patient care needs

Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience

Active RN license (state or compact)

BLS - Required

ACLS - Preferred (EKG exam required during onboarding)

Strong clinical experience in:

Telemetry & cardiac monitoring

High-acuity Med/Surg care

Cardiac drips management

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Flexibility to float across units
