Sales Manager - Packaging Leader

Ready to lead commercial strategy for a high-velocity, mid-market packaging facility backed by a multi-national industry titan?

The Role:

Lead and scale commercial sales strategy for a premier folding carton and printing operation.

Drive regional revenue growth through direct business development and sales team mentorship.

Capitalize on rapid plant capabilities, including industry-leading 7-to-14-day turnaround times.

Partner directly with executive leadership to expand market share across regional CPG accounts.

The Requirements:

✅ 3+ years of sales management experience in the packaging or CPG industry.

✅ Proven track record of pipeline expansion, team development, and hitting target revenue goals.

✅ Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 1–2 days per week on-site in Appleton, WI.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $90k – $135k (flexible based on industry experience).
