Director of Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation . As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Florida licensed PT, OT, or SLP with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role

• Must have at least 2 years of clinical experience, with Subacute experience preferred

• Must have experience supervising a group of team members

• Preferred experience and understanding of CMS guidelines/regulations, Patient Driven Payment Model, and Medicare Advantage Plans

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, orienting, and training all rehab staff and ensure enough staff to meet the clinical needs of the community

• Ensure each employee meets or exceeds all expectations set forth and periodic appraisals are completed in a timely manner

• Ensure program financial and clinical operations are efficient and effective to allow for program success

• Ensure rehab staff are providing clinically appropriate care for all residents and ensure treatment meets clinical standard of practice

• Supervise scheduling and staffing, including managing available treatment hours and anticipated community needs

• Ensure all documents and forms are kept up to date in accordance with company policies, state, and federal regulations

• Perform patient care duties, such as evaluations and treatments, to ensure all patient needs are met

• Communicate with Interdisciplinary Team, Administrator, and facility staff as appropriate to ensure patient and therapy needs are addressed

• Perform other duties as assigned

Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 annually
